Como Vi!!!I'll start by wishing Auntie Jane a late happy birthday this last week! Hope you had a great day! And also shouts out to Chris Marler and William Cassity this week. Happy Birthday to You both! And also Aunt Jill with your surgery. Best of luck. You will be in my prayers!!Wow. I can't believe I've been in here for two weeks! That's a third of the time I spend in here! So crazy!! Just to keep you all updated, a lot of the elders and sisters going to Brazil have been being reassigned in the last couple weeks. Some of my friends left last week to California, Washington and New York! But visas have started to come in! And I've heard once they start coming in, they come in fast! Already in the last few days we have heard of 15 missionaries who have received their visas! Crazy stuff! My companion Elder Anderson and one other elder in our district got theirs on Wednesday, so they fly down to the Brazil mtc early tuesday morning! So I'll be getting a new companion, Elder Fisher, who will be way awesome. He is a way good missionary and way better than me at Portuguese, so he will be able to help me for sure!! No word yet on my visa though, but im not even worried about it. I'm having fun here in the Provo mtc. I'm very comfortable!Man it sounds like the high adventure was awesome! Dang I saw those pictures and am so jealous. They are so pretty! Colorado is literally the prettiest state without a doubt! Way glad to hear that you all enjoyed it. And you are all going to Lake Powell next week. So awesome. I'm going to miss that for sure! I feel like Elder Van Pelt from "The Best Two Years", when he was on his bed reading his letters and freaking out that his parents were going to Lake Powell! haha That's totally me right now!! Well have fun for me. Make sure you shred hard!I didn't realize how many questions dad asks. I always just thought that Scott and Andrew were over exagerating, but gosh, the guy asks like two paragraphs of questions in every letter!! Holy cow!! I'll try to answer as many as I can for you, papa tunes!! The language is going alright. I feel like I know a lot of words. I just have trouble putting sentences together and speaking, but I'm doing all right! It will come eventually, I'm sure. There is one elder who is hilarious, who came straight out of high school, and he just turned 18. He's struggling with the language hardcore! He doesn't understand anything but he's slowly progressing and he will be a great missionary! We don't really have a cultural class, but one of our professors is from Brazil so he tells us a bunch of stuff and just gets us stoked to go down to the concrete jungle!! That's what they call Sao Paulo btws cause it is so huge and all city!! On P days we dont have gym time but we do every other day except sunday and tuesday. We get like an hour and I usually play basketball in the gym which is way fun! I have a couple friends here who I used to play a ton with in college, so its fun to play with them again and it's a nice little break from the day! Elder Phipps isn't in our branch and not on our gym time schedule which is too bad. It would have been fun playing with him! Our entire branch is going to brazil, except for my friend from BYU, Elder Moeller, and he's going to Portugal.I received that book of pictures yesterday, mom, and loved it! Gosh we have had some good times!! I really enjoyed looking at that. It was way fun! And scott was right. Both of those ties are going to make me look so steezin with my suit!! I literally get compliments on it every time i wear it. As Scott would say, I look like a boss! hahaOther than all that, things are going pretty great!! My district is awesome and both our professors are way sweet! Only four weeks left in here. It's nuts!! Well have fun in Lake Powell and make sure you think of me!! And remember it's easier to dear elder me because that way I have more time to write! Sometimes I can print out your emails and then come back to write back, but a lot of times it doesnt work and just takes longer! So while I'm at the Provo mtc, just dear elder me. That way I can respond to everyone right when i get on!! And if you haven't written me yet (like lee or andrew what tools haha) then make sure to add your email address, cause i don't have them!! ate mais!!Love you all!!Elder Holmes
