Wow! What a Christmas!

WOW what a good christmas!!! Right???? 

Start off by my giving the birthday shoutouts for the day! Happy birthday to Elise Curtis today! hope you have an awesome day! I also just learned that you and Amberlee are having some new little ones here soon. That's awesome. Congrats!!! I think the name 'nick' really would fit both of them. I think your brother nick would agree too! 

It was so much fun to talk to every one on Christmas! Man I really enjoyed every minute of it! Only made me miss home cause you guys are so flippen great! Hope everyone else there enjoyed it too! So I don't have a ton to write since I told you pretty much everything that happened but Christmas was super awesome! I'll try to send some more pics this week of the stuff we did! 

So like I said we used a lot of the "Sub-for-Santa" money that you sent us and we bought a bunch of food for our african converts, which was a way cool experience! They were so stoked. It was so cool to see. They started singing us christmas songs in 'yoraba' which was was funny. And then Mak got up and gave a speach talking about how much they love us and stuff. It was a way cool experience. They said they just stayed home all day and made a huge feast with what we gave them so it was way cool to be able to make their christmas special! 

We also bought a bunch of cakes and went caroling to all of our recent converts whicch was way special as well. After I talked to you we went caroling at Renata's house and Neuza's house. It was way fun and all the kids liked the gifts that we brought for them. I reused all the wrapping paper that you had wrapped my gifts in, and even though it was all reused wrapping paper, I made it look so professional! Man it was sweet! haha 

We had one baptism this Saturday to end the year which was way good! Getting ready to take on 2014! Let's goooo!!  

I know there's still a little tension going on back home about the whole gingerbread houses (so pathetic because if the defending champs were there, aka me and grandad, there wouldn't even be a competition!!!) but we have agreed here in Brazil that although two of the houses look more elegant and big, Scott's house seems to be more fun and a house that I would want to live in. So our vote is on the two guys kissing under the mistletoe! haha But again, just can't believe grandad wasn't even called to defend our title. Such a shame!

So transfers were moved to the second of January so I won't figure out if I get transferred until tomorrow night. So next time I write you it could be from a different hood!! 

Super sad to here about Abbie! she was such a good dog. She was always such a nice sweet dog that I loved being with. I have so many memories of hiking with her and that one time that I practically carried her down the mountain when we hiked that 14er! Oh man so much fun! And the fact that she always chose to sleep in my room instead of C-bears!! haha.  She will always be remembered for sure! Can't wait to hear about the new golden we get though! My vote for the name will definately be coming in soon! 

How did Scott throw out his back!? Man that is a huge time bummer right there! Hope you get better real fast! I heard as well that Rachel, your mom is going through some cancer treatments. I hope that everything goes well and know that she will be in my prayers for sure!
